All these items pretty much cost 50cents each so 50 euros is way overpriced. But it saves you the hassle of shopping for each items individually which would be overpriced anyway since you won’t buy in bulk and would have it shipped. It seems like a pretty complete kit so if you have 50€ lying around, have fun.
I have no personal experience but a pepper grower once told me Blumen seeds are wack
Somewhat expensive but may save you some time gathering supplies. Might be worth trying this your first season just to see if you’re going to stay with the hobby

For € 50 you can get much better supplies. I would be especially worried about the seeds – usually those Amazon seed kits are complete trash.
I’d recommend the following:
– get seeds from Fataliiseeds or semillas. Alternatively, Whitehotpeppers also ships to Germany, he has some of the best offers, but shipping might take a week or two.
– get the supplies from a gardening center/Baumarkt in your area, or in the Internet from a “Grow Shop”. The latter ones are currently pretty busy because of the cannabis legalization, so shipping might take a week longer than usual. My personal go-to shop for all my pepper gardening needs from felt grow bags through soil to fertilizer is grow-shop24.de (I’m in no way affiliated with them)
Get a 100 pack of plastic cups, stab small holes in the bottom of each one, get some dirt or seed starter substrate, maybe a grow light depending on your sun & setup… then you can grow any seeds you want!
