


Here's my first recipe test. I never had this before and I decided to give it a try.
It came out very light and fluffy with a nice bread like crust.
I topped with shredded Italian cheese blend ketchup. I liked it a lot . Definitely not your regular omelet.

Interesting! I’d love to know the why behind this one in particular. Just to use up old bread/not waste? To stretch the eggs? I’m intrigued.
I like how “Scrambled Eggs with Tomato” is just…scrambled eggs with a tomato. That did NOT need a recipe.
Funny! I was just thinking yesterday about something like this. I was wondering what it might be like to make something like a meatloaf without the ground meat and this seems to be what I’d get.
