I ate a salad, a sweet potato and a very low calorie healthy sandwich then I snacked on this. I woke up and the scale says I gained all my weight back (4 lbs) and two extra pounds so like today I was 6 pounds extra? I never snack on popcorn but today I felt like eating extra salt.

    It’s probably just from the sodium and it is excess water weight.

    Make sure you drink plenty of water today, get some movement in and flush it out.

    If you want to track popcorn accurately my suggestion is to weigh out and measure after you pop – so if you had an entire bag you’re looking at around 160 Cals (40 Cals x 4 servings).

    this one is a doozy but if i understand correctly: 40 calories per 1 cup of popped popcorn. so once you weigh out the 30g of kernels and pop those, it becomes 4 cups. and each cup is approximately 35-40 calories.

    How many packets are in the box?

    There are 16 servings in the box, so divide 16 by the number of packets. If there are 4, then each pack is 4 servings. Or 600 calories and 1280 sodium.
