Has anyone here had this before? Not necessarily this brand but the dish in general? So far it’s very tasty.

Did you get a picture of the prepared food or was it devoured too quickly?

Jeyuk bokkum is awesome.
Sometimes if I don’t have rice I’ll (thickness up to you) slice tofu, line the bottom of the plate with the slices and lay this on top. You can just add sliced tofu on the side and eat with rice also. The pork kimchi tofu is the holy trinity of cooked pork dish (ex: kimchi jjigae) so you don’t even need any other banchan. Haha.
This is a very easy dish if you want to try at home. Jeyuk just means pork. So you can use any cut of pork. Most use pork belly or pork shoulder but again if you want you can use any cut of meat. Stir fry it up add sauce sprinkle scallions and Sesame seeds for pizzazz and enjoy.
Soju is optional but strongly advised for adults.
ETA – any tofu is fine. It doesn’t have to be labeled “for raw consumption” all the tofu are for raw consumption. It’s just the texture. Hard/densely packed ones are easier to fry, less dense for soup, totally soft for soondubu and raw consumption labeled are just extra ground for finer mouthfeel.
