you got to try my light and refreshing Mediterranean couscous salad to make the couscous boil 1 cup of water 1/ teaspoon of salt and 2 tbsp of olive oil add 1 cup of instant couscous and stir quickly turn off the heat and cover for 5 minutes fluff with the fork and let it cool down to make the dressing whisk together 1 teaspoon lemon zest 2 tbspoon of lemon juice 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1/4 taspo salt and black pepper slowly whisking 3 tbsp of olive oil until a thickened dressing is formed to build the salad top the couscous with diced tomato cucumber bell pepper chickpeas red onions olives feta cheese parsley mint basil and oregano give the salad ingredients a toss to combine Jole with the Tangy lemon herb dressing homecooks Rave about this recipe give it a try and let me know what you think
