So the price is going to go up again. Cool
But good for them.

These are pay for play awards
But they do make solid Bourbon and Rye that is different from standard Kentucky

Someone had a lot of fun with the tasting notes:
*The Cask Strength Rye is bottled at 116 proof (58% ABV), and offers a nose of cherry cobbler with a buttery cinnamon crust, candied ginger and lemon peels, and apricot streusel coffee cake; while the palate presents notes of grilled peaches with mint ice cream, apple and marzipan dumplings, and gingerbread cookies with lemon zest; the Cask Strength Rye offers a long, spicy finish with baking spices in brown butter, muddled cherries, and mint leaves.*

Anyone want to take bets on how long until they sell to Jim Beam? I’m going to say 3 years.

They’ve come along way from that unaged “new make bourbon” they were trying to sell at the beginning. Good for them!

How many awards does the San Francisco World Spirits Competition give away? Seems like many spirits claim SF Spirits awards. 😂
