I know it’s not a hot sauce but I picked this Hatch Green Chile up at Costco today and it’s really good on chips as a salsa! Mild heat, but lots of green roasted flavor.
Does anyone have other brand or similar suggestions?

So good. My saving grace as I can’t get the freshly roasted anymore, except once a year.
Or you can just get a Costco Membership and get the product shown here. It’s a solid 7/10 for the fresh / real thing. Can use this to make sauces, salsas, or stews or whatnot and it’s delicious.
I just made a pile of breakfast burritos with eggs, leftover ham, and hashbrowns and used about half of this bottle. So damn good. I put hot sauce on almost everything, unless it’s made with good chile.
EDIT: Just to say it, Hatch is not a flavor or type, it’s a growing location. IMO the best chile in NM was coming from near Lemitar but it might just be because where I sourcing my product. In fact, Pueblo CO is now growing a similar cultivar of the [New Mexico Chile](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Mexico_chile) that’s apparently hotter and with thicker skin. I have not confirmed that, nor can I publicly affirm the veracity of that claim or else my former State will hunt me down for re-education.

Picked up this exact jar at Costco. I actually blitzed it in the blender and poured it into squeeze bottles I keep in the fridge. A banger on eggs and the blending really amplifies the natural flavors of the chile.

You can get fast shipped freshly roasted and frozen chile from places like [Young Guns](https://www.yghatchchile.com/) or [ChileMonster](https://www.chilemonster.com/frozen-roasted-hatch-chile.html). I’ve never actually used either but I hear Young Guns is decent.
