I know the place, there’s good vegan restaurants in Bogotá.

Not vegan. No way to prove pot was seasoned with non-animal fats. If you’re going to be vegan use unseasoned pans like stainless steel, don’t use carbon steel knives, or if you do, opt for vegan methods to maintain them.
