Goya Salchichon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 cup sofrito
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 packet of sazon (or 2 to your liking)
2 tsp of adobo
1 potato
1/4 cup fideos (thin spaghetti)
3 corn on the Cobs
6-8 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
come make the soapa the Sai Chong or Puerto Rican salami soup with me on this rainy Sunday so here are the ingredients I’m going to go ahead and list that in the description for you you’re going to start off with the sichi Chong you’re going to peel the outer skin you’re going to cut them in circles then cut them again and then you’re going to go ahead and dice a whole onion you’re going to go throw that in a pot with some little bit of olive oil and you’re going to sauté that and add some garlic minced garlic or regular garlic my Sofrito tomato sauce sassone a little bit of adobo as well so my faito has a lot of chunky cilantro in it so you’re going to see that the cilantro is going to come out at the end then a corn on the cup your potatoes and you’re going to bring that to a boil so you see the green that’s the cilantro I added my feds which is thin spaghetti and you’re going to bring this to a boil for 25 to 30 minutes and look at thiso wha oh my God it’s warm to my soul
