    Breakfast: Egg beaters w/ cheese & turkey bacon on toast, sprinkled with Everything bagel seasoning: 225kcal, 30g protein

    Lunch: Taco salad with olives, cheese, and sour cream: 400kcal, 27g protein

    Snack: cucumber with French dressing: 190kcal, 1g protein (normally I would have a more protein-heavy snack but was feeling lazy)

    Dinner: Herb & garlic marinated chicken thigh with veggies: 200kcal, 26g protein

    Dessert: SF pudding, cool whip, and strawberries: 150kcal, 6g protein
