They are very good, worth buying a couple to try them out.

I have bought almost everything in thier catalog over the years and honestly thier original blend is my favorite. Enough of a heat bump over run of the mill pepper flakes, but not so hot it overpowers what I’m eating.

I use the Four Pepper Blend every day. It’s a perfect level of heat for me, and has amazing flavor that goes with everything!
…and I just realized I sound like a commercial. I swear they’re not paying me, though if they wanted to send me free bottles I would absolutely take them.

These guys are awesome, I’ve tried all their blends and have bought gift packs for friends.

I thought because they were advertising to me on Facebook that they were worthless. The girlfriend and her brother are both very accomplished in the kitchen. He suggested these and as my girlfriend is allergic, she gave me a pack. I’ve had many a breakfast now with Hatch chili eggs, Chipotle bacon and a dash of ghost pepper on potatoes. I’m a convert, they’re good

I really like the four pepper blend. If I have a favorite hot sauce/food combo, and I want the flavor of the sauce but more heat, I’ll sauce my food up as normal, but add some dashes of four pepper blend

I own the entire line except for maybe 1 special edition and the onion ones. (Not all have been opened yet) They’re what you’d expect them to be – I’ve placed a refill order. Many times can be convenient where maybe a powder isn’t the best option.
I will say this, 3.75oz of a specific pepper powder will last a lot longer than my first bottle of the 4 pepper blend @ 2.1oz lasted me. The flakes go quick if you use em’. EDIT: If I had a suggestion for FlatIron it would be to offer a larger option of a “bulk” bagged variety, the hard part is having them for all the skus. Ideally if you find a fav though it should be cheaper.
I own the entire line sans 2 (yellow reaper and scotch bonnet), from sonoran spices powdered pepper line. a 3.75oz bottle from here can last you a long time unless you really really hammer it. Heat Hot Sauce also has lines of powders and flakes, singular right now – that for the time being are very reasonable. They also sell refill packets, so you’re not buying the grinder part.
I don’t have anything negative to say about Flatiron, they appear to have good QA and customer service. They’ve been generous with me.
Edit: I would recommend them to a friend without hesitation.

Get the grinder as well. Nice when you want to “dust” something

I love the original and the green one!!

I love them. Especially the Sweet Heat.

They’re amazing. The hottest one is dangerous. I fucked up a lot of meals by using too much

I have most of their blends. Use the Hatch Green about 3X more than the rest. Great products.

The hatch valley greens is my favorite.

These look amazing.

I love them all, but the green one the best. You’ll crave foods just for the use as a vehicle for the pepper flakes. Fantastic on any pizza

The four pepper is perfection and I use it in damn near everything I cook. I’ll heat up about a teaspoon in olive oil along with my other aromatics when I’m cooking, which adds a great flavor-neutral heat to dishes that hotsauce might not work. I’ve also tried the green and smoked, which don’t agree quite as well with my pallet, but I can see other folks loving them. I’ve been meaning to order some of their super hot blend, might be a good alternative to the trader Joe’s smoked ghost pepper grinder.

Very happy with them. Got a set as a gift, one of the few gifts over the years that really stood out in my memory.

I got suggested it over on r/hotsauce. Havent given em a try but the folks over there seemed to really enjoy em.

They’re the only red pepper flakes I’ll use. I love “I can’t feel my face”, “smoke show”, and “Asian reds”. I cook most of my meals with them

Yea they’re ok. The onion and garlic ones got good flavor and then I’d recommend the I can’t feel my face for heat.
But if your looking for some ghost with really good smoke to it
