Protein Pancake and Egg for dipping

    My last meal on my refeed days is 30g oats and 3 whole eggs!

    So I took 30g oats, 2-3g baking soda, 2 whole eggs and blended it together w/ cinnamon, nutmeg, and pink salt.

    It did actually make two, but I ate one before picture for a taste test 😂

    Some SF syrup or etc would be amazing on this, but I used the egg yolk!
