

I’m on the fence with this one.
On the one hand, I’m impressed with the taste, the presentation, and how simple it was to put together something with such a depth of flavor.
But man, a tiny shallot, a bell pepper, and a handful of green beans does not make a MEAL. I added a head of broccoli and shrimp to complete it and it was excellent – but I shouldn’t have to double the ingredients to make enough food for 2 people.
Wouldn’t buy again but keeping the recipe (to make for half the price) again and again!

I did a curry before, it was like vegan coconut or something, it was good but yea I would add shrimp to it in the future. It’s more of a texture thing to me then portion, but the extra calories from the shrimp helps too.
Did you add your own shrimp or HF shrimp? I honestly don’t think the cost vs portion for the HF shrimp is all that bad. I’ve done 3 shrimp meals now, 2 at standard cost and 1 as an add on, also a couple other fish meals, and the fish portions have been pretty good imo. Compared to some odd shaped chicken filets in some cases. I try to grab at least one fish meal per week, at standard cost.
