Thinking about getting this gazebo from Costco to use as a grill station for my Weber kettle and kamado grills.

What do you all think about charcoal grilling under a structure such as this? It has ventilation on the top so I lean towards it being okay but would like other opinions.

It will get creosote above it, just know that.

Get a fan and set it up to direct the heat/ash/creosote/etc out the sides. Hacky buy might help reduce buildup in the eaves.

I don’t imagine it’ll catch fire but you’ll end up with some staining and creosote/grease build up. Should be fine though

We poured a concrete pad outside of our cover so we wouldn’t get creosote on the ceiling.
