last time me and my mom prepared an exceptional dish called however we still had the remaining Swiss CH stocks and as you know in the kitchen we never throw anything today we are going to prepare a beautiful starter called second we’re going to remove the stocks we’re going to slice off the edges and then we’re going to chop them into 1 cm each we’re going to place them in a bit of water we’re going to wash them again and then we’re going to add them in a boiling water with some rock salt for approximately 10 15 minutes plus or minus until they are tender and then we’re going to prepare the Tator the tarator is a common dressing that is used in Lebanon you can use it with fish with vegetables you can basically see it in a lot of restaurants I really love you Mom and I’m really happy to make all those recipe with you that’s great memories for us Philip and Leslie it’s really essential to use a great quality Sesame paste first we’re going to mix it because sometimes you can find some lumps inside and this going to ruin your dish in a bowl we’re going to add the Sesame paste focus with me here so now we need to pour in some water and we we need to whisk if you see that the dressing is thick we need to pour water again and whisk again slowly slowly slowly as you can see until we reach a texture that is Silky which is similar let’s say to a caesar dressing and then we’re going to start adding the flavors we’re going to add some freshly squeezed lemon juice a bit of salt and then we’re going to whisk everything together as you can see the texture looks gorgeous now it is the time for the magic we can add the Swiss chard a bit of the Swiss chard broth trust me beautiful people that is a wonderful starter that you can make easily easily at home I’m still going to prepare a lot of Exquisite Lebanese dishes stay tuned subscribe we’ll see you very soon
