What does it do?

It’s for keeping food hot, so probably use it for that.

Without seeing the inside, I can’t say, but if it’s meant to keep food warm on the grill, a cast iron dutch oven, on the cool side would probably work. You can buy insulated bowls for keeping food warm off the grill, or you and put food on a warm plate, cover with parchment or foil, and a couple of kitchen towels on top for insulation.

It’s dead on the internet. Looks like they went belly up a long time ago. If it’s a stainless steel container that keeps things warm you want there are myriad choices.
Is this thing double walled? Do you put it on the grill to warm it up?
