Brussel sprouts are a delicious side dish, but this version takes it to a completely new level. The bacon makes this a great dish for people that do not care for vegetables. My kids gobble these up in no time and fight over who gets the last helping. I love to make these for holiday meals, but they make for a great weeknight dinner since they are so quick and easy. If you have any questions leave them in the comments below. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy!
