    That jar of sauce , while it says “made in Italy “, I highly doubt it’s even sold in Italy, made strictly for North American markets I am sure.

    Everyone has to start somewhere learning to cook, but whatever this is the beginnings of is certainly not going to be very Italian and you are going to be heavily roasted by this sub.

    Personally I steer clear of anything that has Bertolli or Barilla on it

    You are cooking and that’s a good thing even if the ingredients may not be right. If it tastes good, then yay. Try a variation next time based on the recommendations from the others. Different pasta, making your own Alfredo etc. Fresh ingredients taste better and you won’t need a lot of ingredients either.
