So today I was craving ramen for breakfast, but I absolutely didn’t want to eat noodles (this never happened before). While I was thinking about what to do I thought of a kund of soup that's very popular in Germany & Austria – the Flädlesuppe. It's basically just broth with pancakes cut into stripes.
Yesterday we had pancakes for dinner and there was exactly one left. So I cut that one up and made myself some Flädle Ramen.
The soup is a homemade veggie broth – combined with that viral egg-mayo-hack. Somehow it separated, so it looks nasty, but it tastes great. I added some corn and mushrooms and topped it with sesame oil and spicy everything bagel seasoning.

What do you guys think?
Is a crossover like this okay?

you eat with your eyes first, as-is, no. maybe you can do some tuning and have a good fusion dish in the future

What kind of pancake did you use?

I’m confused. What’s in here exactly?! Why is it “ramen”? Just wondered! Thx! Looking up your aforementioned!
