The checkered paper is mostly an east coast thing.
Here in the west it’s just plain paper and the wings still taste good.

Love visiting the Brew House when I’m in Rochester (From Cuse). The view of the falls and downtown is awesome, and the Brew House is a fun spot to catch a beer!
