all right now we’re going to be making a side dish for our delicious Moroccan chicken and what I’m going to do uh this dish would normally be made using couscous but we’re going to do quinoa because that’s what we have I’m just going to heat a little bit of oil on the stove add in some uh raisins you could also use sultanas I’ve got some prunes going into my pot give this a little bit of a stir then we’re going to add some quinoa and toast it for just a moment okay and we’ll just get this all Incorporated and give this a minute before adding our liquid and spices
