Today’s dinner lesson was to check before ordering if recipe cards call for a microwave (which we don’t have). Whoops.
There was so much food! I really liked this one a lot, just a little alarming that we used so much butter? (3T, seemed high?)

This is one of my favourites!
I’ve had a few recipes with microwave (we don’t have one , either), but have always been able to improvise. Melt butter in the airfryer. Warm tortillas on the gas stove flame…
