Two imperfectly wrapped rolls filled with a leaf of romaine, thinly sliced carrot, cucumber, green onion, red bell pepper, and Trader Joe’s sriracha tofu. I made four but two filled me up. Dipping sauce made of fish sauce, a dash of sriracha, and red pepper flakes.
I had the leftovers with a sauce made of 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sriracha, squeeze of lemon juice (lime preferred but I didn’t have any), and some water to thin it out.
