My very first recipe video! 🙂

Hawaiian garlic butter shrimp is a local favorite here in Hawaii. It’s well-known served in food trucks along Kahuku, which is where sweet shrimp and jumbo prawns are farmed. Visitors and locals enjoy this Hawaiian staple dish that’s usually eaten with a scoop or two of white rice served on paper-plate. There are many versions on how to make this dish, but I wanted to share my (gluten-free no added flour, lol) version with you all. You’ll find this recipe is packed with the garlicky, buttery, and shrimpy flavors that I hope you will enjoy!
