Pretty sure that’s one of those shovel-shaped plates that restaurants seem to be so fond of, not an actual shovel head.
I don’t know how someone realized that there was a market for that, but oh boy is there a market for that.

Reminds me of the house I mowed in college that had two massive 200lbs Newfies fenced in on a quarter acre….guy had a shovel like this one but not for sandwiches…..
