- Shrimp, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes and sliced chicken meat
- 0% yogurt with blueberries and strawberries
Lunch – 363cal – 20g carbs – 46g protein – 10.5g fat
- Turkey meat with 4% cream, mushrooms and zucchini
- Peas and carrots
- 0% yogurt
Dinner – 560cal – 44g carbs – 57g protein – 16g fat
- Asparagus
- Chicken with black and white beans and mushrooms
- Half a mini quiche Lorraine
- Pickles
- 1 piece of hazelnut bread
- 0% yogurt with strawberries 🍓
A bit over 1200 today but worth it ! I hesitated to post this one as it is very similar to yesterday but eh, I’ve taken the pics anyway so 🙂
