First Pizza on the classic 3 tonight with the fireboard drive.

Full basket of lump charcoal.

Grates at top level, grill extender, deflector plates, spacer, pizza stone.

Maxed around 650. Not too sure how to get higher Temps.

First pizza undercooked second pizza over cooked.

I didn't want to keep opening the dome to check doneness and loose heat.

Still ate both.
