All sauces are using mostly red and some orange habaneros, onion, and garlic as the base. I’m hoping I’ll be able to use my own peppers the next major production.

  1. Active Brine with own fermented hot garlic honey

  2. 8 Week Lacto Fermented Red

  3. Charred Red with Hot Garlic honey

  4. Partially active Brine fermented Red with ginger and hot honey

  5. Sweet Heat- hot sauce made from the byproduct of making garlic hot honey. Heavy with garlic, onion, and honey.

  6. Peruvian Peanut- roasted organic raw peanuts and homemade peanut butter.

  7. Experimental holiday hot sauce – fermented cranberry and cinnamon.
