


I was quite worried how it goes, since this was my first try with beef (I have XP with chicken and pork).
Especially because rib-eye is barely available and costs almost $30 per kilogram here in Hungary, so my wife would have killed me if I failed 🙂
Finally the whole family was pleased with the result, 1kg (5 pieces) disappeared in an hour.

Forgot to mention, this was made on a mastertouch premium.
Slow and sear method or actual slow-n-sear equipment? Unfortunately not that easy to get in Europe.
