Noticed a white, moist substance on the stems while inside last week. Moved them outside and it dried up but left these scars. If I plant these will it disease my soil? Will they even survive?

I don’t see disease but it does look like their light source is not strong enough as they are quite “leggy”. They need a stronger light source (preferably 6-8 direct sunlight) larger pots or to be in the ground ASAP. You can safely bury much of the stem underground, the stem will grow roots.

Looks more like edema. Pot them up and bury the stems, and they should recover if so
