I ordered 2 pizzas last night, one for me and one for my wife. Her’s showed up and was fine. This is what mine looked like. Big air pockets, no cheese, toppings all pushed to middle and missing BBQ sauce on top. Hers is the second picture.

I called them for a remake, lady claims she just started her shift and she isn’t aware of any problem. This is at 11:10 PM and the store closes at midnight so I immediately know they are lying. Says that they are so busy but then in the same sentence tells me they have no delivery drivers working to deliver a remake but lucky for me she will talk to her manager about it on Monday. Tell her no dice, but end up agreeing to go pick up a remake at the store. After I get there she gives me a complimentary dipping sauce, on the house. Seems very proud of this kind gesture. Also was very persistent in me leaving them a review. Ummm you made me leave my house to fix a mistake you made but ok. I’m just very confused how anybody can cook this, cut it and say “This is fine” and send it out.

Lmao simple minded people think: “we made a new pizza for the customer and they got to keep the old pizza. Even threw in one of our $1.49 sauces free of charge. If that’s not fantastic service that deserves a 5 star review, then I don’t get it”.

Customer: “your pizza arrived looking ass. You lied to me on the phone. Required me to come to your store for the replacement (after I tipped your driver and paid a delivery fee) and gave me a fucking dipping sauce to bait a 5 star review”.

I agree. Ive worked pizza plenty and this first one is a total act of negligence on purpose, especially if this wasnt Game Night wherever. Glad you got your refund, but dont swim upriver OP. Find a different spot/style to order. We will never run out of pizza but we can drive out poor practice
