Another Sunday, another pizza.
Did kenjis new york again. Switched to the ooni frya since the wife doesn't like the smell from the stone inside. I converted the oven to gas and caught a little burnt crust but overall is was pretty darn good.
Definitely gpt the hang of stretching the dough now.
Did about 36 hrs in the fridge and 3.5 out. Out was a little long, I will try to keep it around 2.5 next time.
