    I thought this one was a good use of “portion control”.

    I liked it, though I didn’t think it was AMAZING. And it was filling, but I easily could have eaten another half plate or so. Knowing that I needed to save half for lunch tomorrow helped me to stick to a single serving.

    This one would be trivial to replicate with some frozen peas, if I also had chicken breasts. I need to look more closely into some go the substitute recipes for the cream sauce base and see if that’s something I would want to attempt.

    (I am always amused at “lemon to taste”. I’m always going to use all the zest and juice!)

    I just made this tonight and it was “OK”. I think it would’ve been much better with chicken sausage.
