I ate at this restaurant called DAEHO KALBIJJIM and I absolutely loved these 3 parts of my meal. I want to make this myself at home but I need some help figuring out what exactly these are, if you have recipes for them then please share. ( I numbered the 3 dishes in the photo that I’m curious about) so much umami!

  1. 3 is Pa-Kimchi (scallion Kimchi)

    1 is L.A. Jangajji (L.A. style pickles)

    2 might be Kimchi’ed Radish

    If Im wrong on any of these I am sorry

    I believe #2 is seasoned danmuji – a pickled yellow radish.

    #2 is 100% kimchi radish/kkakdugi based on the restaurant’s yelp

  4. 1 is jangajji of what looks like onions and jalapeños (maybe radish and chayote but I can’t make those out here), 2 is mu (radish) kimchi, 3 is buchu (chive) kimchi
