Try this easy to make yogurt parfait for breakfast!!
Ingredients:
Puffed amaranth or granola – 1/4th cup
Greek yogurt – 50 gm
fruits of your choice
Pinch of Cinnamon powder,
crushed raw cacao nibs- 1 tsp
Mixed nuts of your choice – I’ve used dried berries, pumpkin seeds, walnuts
Instructions:
Take granola or puffed amaranth,
Add a layer of greek yogurt
Now add a layer of fruits
add dried berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds
Sprinkle crushed cacao nibs for the chocolaty flavour
Add a generous pinch of cinnamon powder.
drizzle some raw honey or maple syrup
Note – you can use any fruits of your choice.
This recipe tastes good with citrus fruits like kinnow and oranges, passion fruit, berries, mango & watermelon.

Passion fruit – 1
