Friendly reminder It’s still fiddlehead season :D.
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp mushroom powder
- any spare vegetables
- 5 Garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp canola oil
Cook 12 oz dried noodles. Sauté veges with oil. Add noodles and sauce and serve.

What does a fiddlehead taste like? I’ve never had it.
