Sorry if this question isn't appropriate for the sub, I am new to this and don't really have a scale yet so I've just been estimating calories. Do you think this would be enough for OMAD or should I be eating less/more?

On the left I have a raw carrot, half a cherimoya and two slices of pineapple. The top right is rice with sauce and below it a croissant.

If it matters I'm 4'11 and very sedentary

    It is hard to estimate calories from a photo but I can tell you that this doesn’t look to be near 1200 calories nor does it have enough protein for one meal a day. Is there a reason you’re doing one meal a day?
