This weekend I made Stella's Levain Chocolate Chip Cookies
I can never eat them all by myself, so I package some up with my chamber vacuum sealer to bring into work. I was trying to do too many things at once and let the pressure go down all the way and it compressed the cookie. It came out with a much denser fudgy texture similar to a brownie. But it contrasted with the crispier exterior SO nicely.

I do compressed watermelon but never compressed cookie in my chamber vac. Hmm 🤔
