  • Walnut bread with 0% cheese and 1 poached egg
  • 1 sliced chicken lunch meat (and the other half of that 0% cheese)
  • big bowl of fruits (raspberries, blueberries, apricot, cherries, strawberries)

Lunch

  • same as yesterday, chicken with green beans, hearts of palms and 0% cheese square

Snack

  • half a homemade "protein cake", not bad at all

(225g yogurt, 10g corn flour, 30g protein powder, 3 eggs, stevia, mix mix then bake for 35/40min – 235cal and 27ish grams of protein for HALF OF THE CAKE!)

Dinner 🤌

  • Smashed beef burger tortilla with tomatoes and pickles
  • fries 🫶
  • broccoli
  • a few more pickles and sushi ginger
  • 0% yogurt and a small bowl of fruit

A tiny bit over but overall, this was a 10/10 day, having fries for the first time in MONTHS 🤤
