Easy and almost effortless tomato soup that will keep you coming back for seconds.

Ingredients:
4 Large Tomatoes Cored
2 Packs of 10oz Cherry Tomatoes
1 Onion Chopped
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Vegetable Stock
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chicken Base (Optional)
1 Tbsp EVOO
2 Tsp Fresh Basil (Dried is ok too)
3 Bell Peppers Cored (Small ones)

1/3 Cup Heavy Cream (Optional)

Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a crockpot, put the lid on it, turn it on low, come back 7 hours later to find a beautiful smell and delicious looking soup.

Lastly, remove lid and pour in 1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream and puree using an emersion blender and then place lid back on for a few minutes to heat back up.

Then serve with a drizzle of cream on top (Optional), fresh basil and parmigiano Reggiano and enjoy.

[Music] this is one of the easier tomato basil soups that you will ever make let me tell you exactly why because the crock poot does all of the hard work or heavy lifting for you take four cord out and washed Tomatoes cherry tomatoes one onion three to four cloves of garlic we’re going to add in a cup of vegetable sock pepper and of course a little sulate let’s go baby and then we’re going to add in a little bit of better than bullon about a teaspoon and a half of that because it just adds so much richness of flavor Evo o about 2 to 3 tablespoons some fresh basil of course minced up and one whole bell pepper or about three to four of those smaller ones set it on low 4 hours come back and it’s all done I like to finish this with putting in about a half a cup of heavy cream and then I’m going to get my immersion blender and this is where you have to be patient because the end result I promise you will be 100% amazing and then just watch the end until it comes out how I like to finish this here we’re going to pause for a second there it is see how beautiful that looks um I’m going to finish it with a little bit of heavy cream in a bowl a little fresh basil some sea salt I would certainly absolutely appreciate if you guys would subscribe like this video make a comment and of course share it thanks for watching Chef Tim
