It was cold and rainy here and I wasn’t in the mood for another sheet pan of roasted vegetables.

So I made soup that was delicious. I went and found an old HF recipe for Avgolemono. Tempered eggs and thickened it up. Perfect.

I was supposed to have that recipe this week 😒 I was excited about this one but they messed up this week’s delivery.
The next week’s menu is.. meh.
