Should I cut these yellow leaves off? I have a few tiny green tomatoes starting to grow!

If they’re touching soil I’d cut them off, otherwise I just leave them alone

No. That plant is ready to produce. I would top off your soil and remove the bottom leaves, especially the yellow ones. Looks great!

I think that plant is stressed out, that’s way too many flowers for that size of plant imo. Unless you plan on putting it in the ground I would top up that pot with a triple mix compost and take about half of those flowers off at least and trim any leaves about 6 inches from the top of the soil and any branches that get buried as a result of topping up the pot with soil.
