First brisket ever RT-340

Got my first brisket ever on the RT-340 and my god it's looking fucking fantastic right now.

7 hours and 48 minutes on so far.

Woke up to bark for days. About 150 in the middle flat part and 170 or so I'm point.

Wrapping in about an hour or so
