There's no shade for my reapers and loads of sun, so I had to make my own after getting tired of the sunburn. They're in the backyard facing directly east, so I started them back along the house before bringing them more towards the edge, where they'd get direct sun until around 10am. I've since moved them to get full sun and will bring a bunch of indoor sprouts out to take their place. The wife doesn't like it, but the dogs do, so it stays.

Peppers can have sunburn ?
I put mine in the South-West corner of my home. So I miss a lot of morning sun, but I get afternoon and evening.
You will have to increase the height of that shade cloth pretty soon!
