    Just more evidence of their inconsistency. They can’t source quality peppers, so all their batches end up different. Last year they were dealing with drought stricken jalapeño crops, and drought stricken red jalapeños tend to be substantially hotter, so they have to modify their recipe to compensate, usually by adding shitload of sugar.
