Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Boursin cheese
1/4 cup smoked Gouda
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup white cheddar
1/2 cup gruyere
1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
10 oz frozen spinach
2 cloves of garlic
lemon zest
red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp tajin
For the logo – 1 tsp cajun seasoning
salt
pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Add to a skillet or baking dish, top with additional gruyere and white cheddar. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Broil on high for 2 min. Enjoy!
BTW – For the logo, I just traced the letters out of parchment and dusted with cajun seasoning.
