Hello, you are watching the short video of the fish cake recipe.
I will use fillet mackerel
fresh mint parsley and spring onion
I remove the skin and bones of the mackerel.
I chop the fish with a knife and make it thin.
I chop the greens finely and grate the mozzarella cheese.
