I prepared this simple sandwich, it doesn’t have many things, but it has what it takes to be a good homemade sandwich

I come from the same school… Sometimes the simplest are the best… My mother used to make a really simple sandwich for me in high school and to this day. I still buy the ingredients and enjoy it for lunch.

I like cooking my tomatoes slightly after salting them. For me, it really brings out the flavor. (Usually works best with sturdy less seedy Roma tomatoes)

Some fresh black pep on the maters and we’re good to go!
