Anyone else save up half their calories so they can have one really satisfying meal a day?
Nothings more satisfying to me than pasta, so I try to load it up with as much protein and veg as I can stand

I eat most of my calories for lunch, whis is usually around 3 pm. I love digging in to a real meal. I have a very small breakfast with a cappuccino and a snack before bed. If I’m really hungry I’ll eat more but most days I’m fine.

Yes. I eat my 150 calorie sandwich and maybe a protein bar or a pack of crackers all before 6. The majority of my calories are from 6-8. It’s just more satisfying 😊

Yup. I have a small meal anywhere between 12-3. Then a much larger meal for dinner. And usually a snack after.

I find if I have a super carb loaded lunch I get an immediate energy slump. So typically I keep it pretty protein and fruit/veg heavy for the day, and in the evening I have my love affair with carbs. I’m also someone that typically isn’t super hungry during the day and then all I want is snacks after 7 pm. This works for me. To each their own.

I literally need to save 85% for an evening meal (saving 200 calories for my indulgent morning latte lol) so that I don’t wake up at 3-4AM from my stomach growling. Not an issue to do during the work week when I’m busy anyway and the weekends provide more calories since I’ve divvied up my weekly allowance to allow for more on sat-sun

OMAD always works for me. i do it at dinnertime
