hey ufg in honor of nutrition month we are going to be showing you how to make a taziki dip recipe this recipe is great for on the go or after school you can use some veggies pita chips crackers to dip in the dip as well and we also got all of the produce from the ufg Food Market first we grated some cucumber and squeezed out some of the excess water with a clean kitchen towel then we chopped some mint and Dill and then we also grated some garlic we added some Greek y yurt lemon juice salt olive oil and a large bowl and stirred that to combine this is a flexible recipe that can be change to suit your dietary needs such as using non-dairy yogurt try it in a wrap a sandwich or even just on its own
